Yuh Gettin' Tru? is a Caribbean product search engine operated by Dharach Pte. Ltd. ("YGT", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the public website at yuhgettintru.com (the "Site").

Permitted use

You may use the Site to discover products, services and businesses listed by our merchant partners. You may not scrape, mirror or otherwise use automated means to copy Site content for resale or to compete with YGT.

Search results

Search results are aggregated from third-party merchants and independent vendors. We do not warrant the accuracy, availability, pricing or fitness of any product, service or merchant. YGT is not a party to any transaction you enter with a merchant.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design and the marks "Yuh Gettin' Tru?", "YGT" and the associated logo are the property of Dharach Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site without notice. Where reasonably possible we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YGT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is capped at USD 100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
